Our regular check-in time begins at 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, we’ll do our best to have your room ready—but early check-in is subject to availability. You're always welcome to stop by the hotel beforehand to drop off your luggage at no charge.

Parking is easy! Most of our guests use a nearby public garage just a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

You're welcome to pull into the white loading zone in front of the hotel to unload your luggage and collect your discount coupon before parking.

We no longer offer an airport shuttle. These days, most of our guests prefer the flexibility of BART, Uber/Lyft, or a taxi for getting to and from the airport. All are reliable and readily available, with BART offering a convenient and affordable option just a short walk from the hotel

Yes, late arrivals are no problem at all. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours, so someone will be here to welcome you—no matter what time you arrive.
